🌍 Shipping from Canada – A Note on Import Fees
All prints are lovingly made-to-order and shipped by my printing partner in Canada. Art of Where ships without Tariff Fees to US customers. You can read more information here: https://blog.artofwhere.com/tariff-megathread-artofwhere-updated-monthly/
Art of Where does not include tariffs on items going into EU or the UK either. However, if you're located in the UK or EU, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or handling fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs policies and are the responsibility of the customer.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
Orders under £135: May be subject to 20% VAT and a handling fee (typically £8–£20).
Orders over £135: May also incur customs duties.
Most print orders stay below the £135 threshold, helping minimize additional fees.
🇪🇺 European Union
VAT and customs policies vary by country.
Orders may be subject to local VAT rates (usually 17–25%) and courier processing fees.
🌍 Shipping from Norway – A Note on Import Fees
Some of my prints are fulfilled and shipped through Gelato, a trusted printing partner based in Norway.
If you are located outside of the EU—for example, in the UK, USA, or other international regions—your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or courier handling fees upon delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

🖼️ Shipping Original Artwork
All original paintings are shipped securely via DHL, UPS, or FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Please note: Canvas works are shipped rolled (removed from their stretcher bars) and carefully packaged in a sturdy tube. This is a standard practice among artists and collectors worldwide and does not cause any damage to the artwork.
Rolling the canvas protects the painting during transit and helps minimize shipping costs. Once received, your piece can easily be re-stretched at a local framer or art shop.
With your investment, you are receiving a one-of-a-kind artwork made with love in Paris. Thank you for supporting original art.
If you have any questions about the process or need assistance with re-stretching, feel free to reach out—I’m here to help!

🎨 Materials & Process
My work is created using a variety of materials that reflect the intuitive and tactile nature of my practice. I commonly work with acrylic, gouache, and ink—layered thoughtfully onto paper or French or Belgian linen. These materials allow for immediacy, emotion, and movement to come through in each piece.
On occasion, I explore oil paints or experiment with collage, bringing new textures and unexpected connections into the work.
Each material carries its own rhythm, and I choose them based on what the piece is asking for—always guided by feeling, process, and curiosity.
To protect and preserve the integrity of each artwork, I apply a UV-protectant coating to all finished pieces.

💛 About the Cost of Original Art and Prints
Every original artwork I create reflects many hours of dedicated time, thoughtful experimentation, and honed experience. Beyond the final image you see, there’s a deep process of exploration, emotional investment, and careful craftsmanship.
The cost of each original piece includes not only high-quality materials—such as fine Belgian linen, archival paper, professional paints, and protective finishes—but also the expertise developed over years of practice and study. Investing in original art means supporting this entire creative journey—the intangible and visible elements alike.
When it comes to prints and reprints, these are carefully produced reproductions of the original work. While they offer a more accessible way to enjoy and own my art, prints don’t carry the same one-of-a-kind texture, materiality, or personal touch as the originals. However, the cost of prints also reflects my original creative vision—the concept, emotion, and artistic intention behind each piece—which is embedded in every reproduction.
Whether you choose an original or a print, your support helps sustain my practice and allows me to continue creating meaningful work.
Thank you for valuing art in all its dimensions.
